NCSEA Comments on NPRM

NCSEA submitted comments  on OCSEs proposed changes to child support regulations. NCSEA previously had vetted many of the issues addressed in the NPRM and we are pleased to see many of our initiatives included in the proposed rule. From the Federal Register: Notice of Proposed Rule Making

The long-awaited Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) was published on November 17. The NPRM proposes to make the child support program more flexible, effective and efficient. Comments on the proposal are due January 16, 2015. NCSEA will work with its leadership to provide comprehensive comments.
