Information Technology and Child Support Enforcement Program staff both play on the same team, but we do not always speak the same language. This Web-Talk offers a unique opportunity for IT and CSE personnel to examine recurring problems and effective solutions. Presenters from both fields will talk about what causes frustration and miscommunications when requirements are defined and problems are described. CSE and IT staff will want to attend together to explore the language barriers that impede their respective work. A facilitation guide will be provided to foster continuing discussion on this topic at your site after the Web-Talk concludes. Join the Web Talk on Thursday January 16, 2014 to learn a common language.

Speakers:

Jan Hentze, Executive Assistant, Washington State Division of Child Support
Jane Huff, Systems and Automation Administrator, Arizona Division of Child Support Enforcement

Patrick D. Stricker, Information Services Bureau Chief, Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Office of Child Support
