In FFY 2011 the national average for increased collections was 3%.  While many states saw an increase in collections they did not meet or exceed the national average.  There were several states however that far exceeded the national average with increased collections of 5% – 11%.   This web-talk will focus on what some of these states have done to improve their collections.
