During this 90-minute talk, UIFSA experts will paint a clearer picture about nationwide UIFSA practices. Speakers will discuss what UIFSA says about jurisdiction and share some of the nuances that can be found in different states. At the end of the session, participants will have a greater understanding of the distinctions between UIFSA 1996 and UIFSA 2008 and how the new Conventions will be implemented.
