Child Support Project Manager – First Data

Location: Sante Fe, NM

First Data Government Solutions is seeking a demonstrated leader with a history of responsibility for management of health and human services information technology projects to include program operations, program administration and fiscal oversight.  We are currently providing Enterprise Project Management Office services to the state of New Mexico as they undergo Child Support and MMIS system replacement initiatives from RFP development through design, conversion, interface, testing, implementation, training, and system certification.  You would lead the execution of multiple workstreams related to the replacement of the Child Support Enforcement system.  Work would be performed at the project site in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Provides management of several workstreams within the the PMO office supporting the Child Support Enforcement System replacement project
  • Ensures all contract deliverables are completed accurately, and submitted in a timely manner
  • Interacts with the client’s Executive Steering Committee
  • Scope, Risk, and Issue Management Ultimately responsible for completing priority resolutions
  • Estimates level of effort for deliverables, work products or task assignments for self and others on the project team
  • Identifies customer needs and recommends solutions to project manager or sales
  • Identifies and implements process improvements
  • Analyzes and synthesizes raw data into concise, actionable summaries and recommended courses of action
  • Primary point of contact for-day-to-day client interactions, including participation in client meetings and presentation of project status
  • Develops and maintains client relationships
  • Influences decision makers by articulating the value of service or product offerings to clients’ businesses
  • Supports new sales (e.g., proposal writing, Pink/Red Team review)
  • May train, provide day-to-day support and serve as a mentor to State client team members
  • Assesses work of consultants and analysts involved in deliverable deployment
  • Provides feedback and coaching to consultants and analysts
  • Supports candidate reviews and interviewing, as needed
  • PgMP or PMP Certification

That includes Health Benefit Exchange, MMIS, Medicaid, Medicare, Integrated Eligibility Systems, SNAP / TANF, Health Information Exchange, WIC/EBT, Child Support and Child Welfare (SACWIS) Systems and other IT Systems that support human services programs.
