Honorable David G. Ross, RET COL US Army, resident of Bowie, MD passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2013. David Gray Ross began his career as a young lawyer in Bowie, Maryland. He began his public service career in Maryland as a member and Chairman of the Prince George's County Community College Board of Trustees.
