Early intervention initiatives typically have two goals: (1) demonstrate a family-centered focus by helping both NCPs and CPs better understand the child support program and their respective responsibilities, and (2) improve collections and prevent arrearages.  This web-talk will share the recent experiences in several child support agencies, specifically describing their methods and activities, the outcomes they experienced, and the lessons learned they learned.  Participants will gain information to help them cost-justify, develop, and execute their own early intervention initiatives.
