Strategies for Improving Collections

Every child support enforcement agency faces the ongoing challenge of continuously improving collection tactics and preventing arrearages.  This web-talk will share the recent experiences in several child support agencies, specifically describing their methods and activities, the outcomes they experienced, and the lessons they learned.  Participants will gain information to help them cost-justify, develop, and execute their own collection initiatives.
