Communicating effectively with our customers and getting successful partnerships can be a daily challenge. Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative conversation to strengthen a person’s own motivation for commitment to change. The core spirit of the skill set is partnership, acceptance, compassion, and evocation. This workshop will provide attendees with an overview of how this skill set is useful in bringing successful outcomes to customers. Attendees will be provided with information from a program point of view.
