The qualified candidate will possess exemplary customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication skills as well as consistently generate results and meet deadlines with a high level of credibility, integrity and motivation. If you are comfortable communicating with all levels of management and employees, have the ability to supervise in a training environment, have strong planning and organizational skills, regular and timely attendance as well as proven presentation and facilitation skills, this is the job for you!
The successful candidate will provide positive interaction with management and employees in a courteous and professional manner. This will include developing and conducting product child support training programs for new and existing project staff while ensuring that the material trained is in compliance with contractual and state requirements. The qualified Trainer will be responsible for identifying training needs, problem areas and trends as well as updating and maintaining all trainings and operating procedures. Comfortable presenting information on complicated technical child support material is a must.
The best-suited candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in education, training or related discipline or equivalent work experience; One year Child Support experience is required; Previous training and product experience or one year related training experience preferred; Experience in a leadership capacity; Familiarity with an office environment including the use of automated systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, State Child Support System and aptitude to learn new programs and applications.
