Lifting Families Out of Poverty

NCSEA’s Policy Forum is THE conference dedicated to the policies and issues influencing the child support program at the national, state, and local levels. The 2019 NCSEA Policy Forum LIFTING FAMILIES OUT OF POVERTY will focus on how the child support program impacts families living in poverty, policies that help the program reach more families, and national trends for better supporting families and lifting children out of poverty more effectively. Over three days in our nation’s Capital, more than 400 current and future leaders in the child support program will come together to address the future of child support. Be part of this dynamic community and join us for seven impactful plenaries, including federal Office of Child Support Commissioner Scott Lekan giving the “OCSE’s State of the IV-D Program Address” and representatives from Congress sharing their views on the program, and nine workshops focused on how child support can improve the lives of parents and children.
