NCSEA Connects provides child support professionals a network of colleagues who share common goals, with the intent to bolster relationships, learning opportunities, mentoring, and professional development, in a community-building way. Groups are organized organically around topics that NCSEA members want. NCSEA Connects meetings are live, people-to-people conversations and are therefore, not recorded.

NCSEA Connects: Audits & Federal Reporting – JOIN COMMUNITY
The focus of this group is to facilitate inquiries and promote peer-to-peer learning regarding audits and federal reporting, including Self-Assessment, Data Reliability Audit (DRA) and Data Reliability Review (DRR), Performance Measures, OCSS 157, as well as IRS inspections and the development of corrective action plans.
NCSEA Connects: Intergovernmental – JOIN COMMUNITY
This group will focus on all things intergovernmental: policy, law, international practice, forms, payments, and cooperation between units. The group seeks to bringing practitioners together to learn, share, network, and recommend improvements in the area of intergovernmental child support services.

The Leadership Group will focus on learning new and innovative ways to approach leadership. Networking of seasoned, new, and developing leaders is important to the future of the child support program. This group provides an opportunity for learning and growing in the area of leadership.

This group brings together paternity and establishment professionals to foster meaningful connections, peer-to-peer learning, and shared problem-solving. Members collaborate to exchange insights, discuss challenges, and build a supportive professional community dedicated to improving outcomes and practice in paternity and establishment.

This group will focus on child support policy. Whether you’re a policymaker or simply curious about policy, this session is designed to spark ideas, explore solutions from across states, and connect you with a community committed to making policy more effective and more human.

The focus of this group is on training issues including training needs, assessments, curricula, and other community training areas.
