The Emerging Leadership Award recognizes an emerging leader or manager who has improved or enhanced a child support program in its mission in the last year in an exemplary way.

This year’s recipient joined the Georgia Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) in 2006 as an agent (case manager) and has held a variety of positions since that time, including policy specialist and office manager. In her current role as strategic performance planning manager, she provides tremendous support, training and recommendations to increase performance, improve data reliability and enhance the Georgia Division of Child Support Services processes.

She works closely with the Office of Information Technology to generate reports that are used to increase key performance indicators and she also happens to serve the NCSEA Policy and Government Relations Committee as Co-chair.
