NCSEA U 2025 at Leadership Symposium

NCSEA U 2025-2026: Successful Leadership Transformation
People often rise from among their peers to leadership roles (caseworker to supervisor, supervisor to manager, etc.) but struggle because they fail to successfully adapt to their “new normal,” which will often require them to alter previous relationships or friendships. Participants will have their awareness challenged, both in how they see themselves and how they are perceived by others. This course will focus on the importance of inclusiveness, of building a diverse cohort of associates for feedback and decision-making, and the significance of mentoring others. A detailed outline of the 2025-2026 will become available in early June 2025. Click to view the archived 2024 NCSEA U Applicant Information Session.
