The Joint Committee on Public Relations launched a Child Support Market Research Survey in 2022 to learn more about what the public and potential customers do and do not know about the child support program, what the perceived or actual barriers are to using the program, and gather opinions on how to offer new services or revise existing services in ways that would be meaningful.
