NCSEA is built on the idea that our community is stronger when everyone has a voice. Our leadership and programs reflect the full range of people who work in child support and the many different types of families we serve. We don’t just talk about these values; we put them into practice by making sure a wide variety of voices and backgrounds shape our conferences, our communications, and the way we look at laws and regulations. We value the experiences of the parents and families we serve, and we listen and learn from them. To achieve our shared goal of providing family-centered child support services, we are dedicated to identifying and understanding the barriers that create different outcomes for families by supporting solutions.
