The Joint Public Relations Committee (NCCSD, NCSEA, OCSE) has developed a Child Support Market Research Survey for national distribution. The target audience is single adults, regardless of gender, aged 18 to 45, who are parents of children under 18 (though we are not limiting ourselves to that group). The goal is to learn what the public and our potential customers do and don’t know about our program. To better understand what the perceived or actual barriers are to using the program and gather customers’ opinions on how we could offer new or revise existing services in ways that would be meaningful to them.
